Once your order has been validated on our site, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of your purchase. This e-mail confirms that your order has been processed.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at contact@nuntisunya.com, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to respond to your request. Once the order has been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. In general, orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times then vary according to your destination:
- France: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 2 to 3 working days
- Other destinations: 4 to 5 days minimum

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel. Don't forget to check your spam folder. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. All payment options are displayed when you confirm your order.

If your payment has been refused, we advise you to:
- Check the information you have entered (card number, expiry date, cryptogram)
- Check that your payment limit has not been exceeded
- Contact your bank to check the reason for the refusal

Yes, all transactions carried out on our site are 100% secure. Payment details are encrypted using SSL protocol and processed by our secure payment partner. At no time do we have access to your bank details.

Delivery

We deliver to France and worldwide. Delivery costs and times vary according to destination.

Delivery times, from dispatch, are as follows (given as an indication):
- France: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 2 to 3 working days
- Other destinations: 4 to 5 working days minimum

We do our utmost to meet the delivery dates announced. However, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the indicative date, you may request cancellation of the sale. You will receive a full refund within a maximum of 14 days of your request, in accordance with articles L216-2, L216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code.

Returns

The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. No exchange will be made for an item that has already been used or damaged.

Yes, don't worry! If you've got the wrong product, you can return it to us for an exchange.

Simply contact us to inform us of the desired exchange. We will then tell you how to proceed with the return. Once the product has been received and validated, we will ship the new item. Contact us now!

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will take care of shipping the new product in exchange.

Account

To create an account, click on the "My account" icon at the top of the site, or go directly to the login page. Simply enter your details (name, e-mail address, password, etc.) to complete the registration process.

Go to "My account" > "Information". You'll be able to change your name, address, password or any other information related to your profile.

You can consult your order history from your personal space, in the "Order history and details" section. You'll also find invoices and delivery tracking.

If you wish to permanently delete your account, please send us a request by e-mail to contact@nuntisunya.com. We will proceed with the deletion of your data in compliance with the RGPD.
